We are seeking an experienced and energetic bartender for our upscale venue in downtown La Jolla.  Candidates must have experiece with high volume sales, must exhibit excellent customer service skills and cash handling skills.   Please inlude a photo with your resume so that we can place the name with the face. 

Barback position available in busy Nightclub and Event Center.  Responsibilities include:

• Stocking liquor
• Setting up the bar to include fruit trays, bar mats, straws and liquor for each well
• Filling wells with ice
• Keeping bar stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, salt and supplies throughout the night
• Ensuring all bottles are in their proper positions
• Setting up the sinks with water, detergent, sanitizer, etc.
• Washing glassware
• Mopping floors
• Taking out trash
• Continually checking lemons and limes for 5+ bartenders
• Anticipating what bartenders will need, constantly moving, and having everything ready so the night flows smoothly

We are a large company with potential for growth and more hours. 

Part-Time Food Server

Part-time food server needed for Fri/Sat evening shifts at Sushi/Asian inspired restaurant inside downtown night club. We are looking for outgoing, service-minded individuals who are committed to providing an extraordinary guest experience.  Prefer applicants with knowledge of sushi, but not required. Must be able to handle high-stress situations, while multi-tasking and navigating a POS system.

 Our restaurant is only open on Fri/Sat. evenings. Currently the positions available are on Friday nights from 5:30pm – 10:30pm. We have dinner shows almost every Friday night. Sections are large, servers are very busy for a few hours, (making good tips) then done, with time left to go out yourself. Opportunity to pick up Saturday night shifts as well. Looking to fill this position immediately, with training starting this Friday. We also have banquet server positions available for $15 hour if interested.

If you’re not available on Friday nights then the restaurant server position is not for you…but banquet server position could be.
