Part time Barback

Job Description

Barback position available in busy Nightclub and Event Center.  Responsibilities include:

• Stocking liquor
• Setting up the bar to include fruit trays, bar mats, straws and liquor for each well
• Filling wells with ice
• Keeping bar stocked with napkins, straws, glassware, salt and supplies throughout the night
• Ensuring all bottles are in their proper positions
• Setting up the sinks with water, detergent, sanitizer, etc.
• Washing glassware
• Mopping floors
• Taking out trash
• Continually checking lemons and limes for 5+ bartenders
• Anticipating what bartenders will need, constantly moving, and having everything ready so the night flows smoothly

We are a large company with potential for growth and more hours. 

Job Requirements

Barbacks must be willing to work 2 - 4 nights from 7pm - 3am with Fridays and Saturdays a constant.  There is potential for additional hours during the day and additional nights.  Barbacks must be team players and work well with others under stressful conditions.  Ability to anticipate what will be needed, never stand around, always keep your eyes moving and never leave bartenders waiting are characteristics expected in our barbacks.
